Phil J. Schmitt ’07 (Accounting and Information Management) and his family have discerned a calling to Lakeland, Florida where he will assume the role of Director of Accounting and Financial Reporting for Southeastern University in early 2020.  Phil joined the Roberts family on a full-time basis in 2017 as the Director of Finance. Phil has also served as a men’s soccer coach for several years.

Ashley F. Henry ’15

Ashley F. Henry ’15 (Communication) published a book entitled, The Love Story of Jesus. It is an illustrated children’s book that explains the Gospel and has an invitation at the end for kids to accept Jesus as their Lord and Savior. Ashley’s motivation behind writing the book is for kids to understand that God loves them and wants relationship with them. Her hope is that every book sold would represent a child who is brought into the Kingdom of God.

Ennett, 79, formerly of Malone, died August 20, 2017 in Goldsboro, NC.  Born in Malone, August 21, 1937, she was the daughter of Vincent and Lula Whitman Fairchild.  Mrs. Ennett graduated with her Bachelor of Arts in Education from Roberts Wesleyan, and continued her career as a teacher until her retirement.  She married Robert Ennett who predeceased her.

The cost of one dress runs into the hundreds.
