Ceola (Williams) Lynch ’52 (Mathematics Education 7-12) passed away peacefully on November 5, 2018 at the age of 87. Ceola was born July 21, 1931 in Delevan, NY and graduated from Roberts Wesleyan College in 1952. At Roberts, she met her husband, Dick and they were married for 65 years. She was a devoted teacher for over 30 years and retired from teaching 7th grade Math at Hilton School District. Ceola served her church and community in various capacities, including Director of Children’s Ministries at Lighthouse Christian Camp (LCC) and leadership roles at Brockport Free Methodist Church for many years. She was passionate about her faith and family. Ceola also enjoyed traveling and relaxing at her cottage on Lake Ontario at LCC. A devoted wife and mother, her love and support will be missed.  She is survived by her children, Rick Lynch (Pamela) , Doug Lynch (Diane), Debbie Schumacher (Jim), Cindy Vanic (Andy); grandchildren, Sean Lynch, Taylor Schumacher, Mariah Lynch; and sisters, Elinor Dalaba, Charlotte Sandel and Kathryn (Chip) Duncan.  A service will be held next summer at Lighthouse Christian Camp (LCC).
