Organizational Leadership: Foundations for Strategic Leadership
This course begins with a two-week orientation that introduces the Master of Strategic Leadership (MSL) program, covering:

- Overview of program distinctives and core competencies.
- Adult learning theory and 360° feedback for leadership development.
- Time management and creating personal margin for success.
The remainder of the course explores:
- Key leadership theories, focusing on Servant Leadership.
- The role of vision, mission, and communication in leading change.
- Ethical theories and strategies for quality performance and continuous improvement.
