Join Us on January 26th for "The Pain & Privilege of Being Professionally Woke"

In May of 2020, the Office of Diversity & Equity launched the Candid Conversation Series aimed at having truthful conversations about generally tough topics. The curriculum for this series has included discussions on allyship, the intersections of race & religion and policing in communities of color.

On January 26, from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm, we will be continuing the series by forging a partnership with The Western New York Diversity Officers Consortium and Nazareth College to host a panel discussion on "The Pain & Privilege of Being Professionally Woke." The discussion will be co-hosted by Herb Alexander, Chief Diversity Officer at Roberts Wesleyan and Olajiwon McCadney, Associate Vice President for Inclusion, Diversity & Educational Achievement at Nazareth College.
