Kip Palmer, Chair of the Board of Trustees, Inducted Into Business Hall of Fame
Dwight M. (Kip) Palmer, chair of the board of Roberts Wesleyan College and Northeastern Seminary, is one of four business leaders who will be inducted into the Rochester Business Hall of Fame for 2021. Palmer will join 135 others who previously were honored for their contributions to Rochester.
Palmer is a strategic businessman and friend of the college and seminary. He is a strong leader who understands that mission and goals are critical. Palmer has served multiple terms on the board of trustees since 1997.
As a fifth-generation leader of Rochester-based Palmer Family of Companies, he serves as CEO and oversees nearly 200 employees and millions of dollars in sales each year. Palmer contributes his time and resources to a variety of local charitable and business organizations. He received a B.A. from Wittenberg University in Springfield, Ohio.
The inductees will be celebrated on Oct. 25 with a VIP reception at 4 p.m. at Kodak Center.
