Roberts Welcomes Executive Director of Adult and Graduate Enrollment
Roberts Wesleyan College is pleased to announce that Andrew Gilbert has been appointed executive director of adult and graduate enrollment, effective May 9. Gilbert brings 22 years of experience in higher education enrollment management and recruitment to his new role, most recently serving as the registrar for graduate and professional students at Azusa Pacific University.
“Andrew is a collaborative and strategic leader who is committed to serving graduate and professional students in a way that creates a seamless experience from the moment they learn about Roberts Wesleyan College to their first day of class,” said Kimberley Wiedefeld, vice president for enrollment management for Roberts Wesleyan College. “He brings extensive experience and success in graduate recruitment, process improvement and change management, as well as the passion to help students earn valuable credentials to serve their communities and advance in their careers.”
As executive director of adult and graduate enrollment, Gilbert will focus on innovative enrollment strategy at Roberts Wesleyan College, including developing and implementing programs that will achieve the vision for serving students’ needs and educational goals, from new graduate students to students who are returning to college to finish their degrees. In this key role, he will focus on increasing the visibility of Roberts and its programs among target audiences for recruitment, retention and enrollment goals.
Gilbert received his Bachelor of Science in cross cultural ministries from Oklahoma Wesleyan University and earned his Master of Arts in nonprofit leadership and theology from Azusa Pacific University. He recently relocated to the Greater Rochester area from California and resides in North Chili with his wife, Dr. Jillian Gilbert, and daughter Isabella.
