Taking the first step to return to school as an adult is something you may feel both excited and apprehensive about. You might ask yourself, “I’m already in my career… why should I spend all that time and money going back to school?”

As your enrollment counselor, I’d like to share what’s different about a Roberts education.

Education for Character

Have you ever taken classes, or learned concepts, where you felt that you didn't see the value to the greater community? That won’t be a problem at Roberts.

Building character is at the foundation of our programs. Your projects and essays aren’t just educational… they’re transformational.

A task is easier when you’re personally inspired and you know it makes a difference. That’s what you find here. By fostering qualities such as resilience, compassion, and integrity, we equip you with the essential tools to navigate the complexities of the world with grace and purpose.

Customized Educational Pathways

Even though you might be similar in many ways, you could still have very different dreams than your classmates. We celebrate those differences! That’s why we work hard to make sure you can tailor your own path through college.

Whether you’re finishing your associate degree or working on your master’s degree, your journey is uniquely yours.

Ready to Lead

Think of a problem in your industry or one with a global perspective. Think of something you wish you could contribute meaningfully to. Are you ready to become the change your workplace and community need?

We’ll combine theory and hands-on experiences. You’ll gain both personal and professional skills (such as cultivating the qualities of empathy, adaptability, and effective communication) essential for successful leadership.

Flourishing People and Communities

You’ll be empowered to understand the concerns of the world today. Rooted in historic Christianity, Roberts and our graduates are living examples of compassion and service.

You’ll learn to address real-world challenges in practical ways, and make peace within a polarized world. By actively engaging in acts of kindness, justice, and restoration, you will contribute to the flourishing of people and communities.

In conclusion…

We understand that returning to school as an adult can be challenging, but rest assured, a Roberts education is worth it.

Embrace the possibilities, seize the moment, and embark on a journey that will forever shape your life. Welcome to Roberts!
