NEW OPPORTUNITIES
Nate Cronk ‘08, ‘05 (Religion and Philosophy, Music | Strategic Management, M.S) recently started a new position as Regional Sales Manager at Instructure.
Keisha James ‘15 (Communication) recently celebrated one year as the Associate Director of Annual Giving at Thomas Jefferson Hospitals in Philadelphia.
Nathan Dingy ‘18 (Management Entrepreneurship) is starting a new position as a Student Admissions Specialist at Finger Lakes Health.
Jacinta Vondell ‘23 (Nursing) is the Chief Nursing Officer and Director of Nursing Services at The Jewish Home of CNY in Syracuse. Read the story.
Leigh Shepard ‘22 (Strategic Leadership, M.S.) has joined Arc GLOW as the agency’s new executive assistant to CEO Martin Miskell. Arc GLOW is a private, nonprofit organization founded by parents and friends of people with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Its mission is to empower and support people of all ages with a broad spectrum of emotional, intellectual and developmental disabilities. Read more here.
Lynnisa (Ortiz) Barker ’19 (Communication) was promoted to Team Lead of Client Services at KORE.
Ella (Zehr) Moyer ’17 (Studio Art) is starting a new position as Senior Product Designer at Messari.
EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS
Dr. Alexis Hernandez ‘23, ‘18 (PsyD, Psychology and Homeland Security and Applied Intelligence) has accepted a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of North Carolina Wilmington. The fellowship begins in August.
Carly (LeBlanc) McCabe ’08 (Strategic Leadership, M.S.) obtained a new certification: Luma Institute Certified Practitioner of Human-Centered Design from LUMA Institute.

Emily Miller ‘20, ‘21 (Marketing, Strategic Marketing, M.S.) will be inducted into the Sports Wall of Fame at Christian Central Academy in Williamsville, N.Y., on March 1. Miller was in the class of 2016 at Christian Central Academy. While at Roberts, she was a forward on the women’s basketball team. In 2019-2020 she started in all 28 games and averaged 14.1 points and 9.7 rebounds per game. She also achieved her 1,000 rebound on Feb. 1, 2020! Miller was an ECC Elite 19 Award recipient for three consecutive years and named to ECC First Team All-Conference, NCCAA Third-Team All-American, Academic All-American, ECC Scholar Athlete of the Year, and more!
