Career Development is ALL IN to Support Students
Supporting students through personalized career advising and coaching is just one highlight of what the Career Development Team does for students throughout an academic year. They also host special events like the Teacher Education Career Fair and Mock Interview Night.

Roberts Wesleyan University class of 2023 and 2024:

78% of the undergraduate class of 2023 is employed full-time, 9% part-time and 34% are enrolled in graduate school
93% of the graduate class of 2023 is employed full-time, 90% overall employment rate for the class of 2023

47% accepted offers before graduation (class of 2024)
34% of the class of 2023 graduates are enrolled in graduate school and 20% of the class of 2024
Employers, including Avon Central School District, City of Rochester, FF Thomson Health, L3 Harris, Monroe County Public Defender's Office, Rochester Regional Health, Victor Central School District, and Wegmans hired graduates.

Employers, including the Archdiocese of Baltimore, Elim Christian Fellowship, Kalamazoo Free Methodist Church, Rock Church San Diego, United Health Care, Xerox, and Young Life hired graduates.
Notable for this Fall
Career Development was awarded a two year NetVUE grant to develop programming as it relates to Vocation and Calling. Starting this fall, they will offer students a one credit course focusing on these ideas and incorporating NACE career competencies, career assessments, mentoring, and networking.
