Nora Lynch Lee ’68 (Psychology) 80, passed away on Thursday, June 22, 2017 at her residence at Park Point Village (Rock Hill, SC).

A memorial service for Mrs. Lee will be 4:00 PM, Thursday, June 29, 2017 at Park Point Village with Chaplin Randy Wright officiating. The family will receive friends following the service at Park Point Village.

Mrs. Lee was born in Apollo, PA and the daughter of the late Ewart A. Lynch and the late Ethel W. Palmer Lynch. She was a member of Free Methodist Church and a registered nurse. Her nursing career started in Indiana, PA and retired from the Rochester General Hospital in Rochester. NY. She also served as a church organist for over twenty years. While at Park Pointe Village, she as a very active volunteer. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Lee was preceded in death by her husband, John Edward Lee and her great grandchild, Aidan Caradoc Scott.

Mrs. Lee is survived by her step-daughters, Betty Joanne Lee Scott and her husband, Arthur of Lexington Park, MD and M. Joyce Lee of The Dalles, OR; her brother, Richard Lynch and his wife, Ceola of Rochester, NY; her grandchildren, Darrell Scott and Ian Scott; and her great-grandchildren, Leeland William Scott and Chloe Kennedy Scott.
