College Level Examination Program (CLEP)

CLEP exams are offered in the Learning Center here at Roberts.

The CLEP exam fee of $89 must be paid using "My Account" at www.collegeboard.orgCandidates will be issued a voucher after paying which they must bring to the test center on the day of the exam. The exam proctoring fee of $40.00 is payable to Roberts Wesleyan University the day of exam by cash, check, or money order (we cannot accept credit cards).

  • Use code #2759 during the time of the test if you want scores sent to Roberts
  • Please note that if a course is not listed but is given by The College Board, Roberts may not accept the credits.
  • Make sure that the exam which you will be taking is transferable as the course equivalent desired.
  • No more than 30 credit hours may be awarded for credit by examination.
  • The essay portion of certain exams must be submitted as noted in the last column.
  • Credit cannot be granted without approval of the essay by Roberts Wesleyan faculty.
  • Credits cannot be posted to the student's academic record unless an official copy from the College Exam Board is received
  • A transcript processing fee of $75 will be due prior to taking the test to ensure credits are reported on transcript. (Roberts Wesleyan students only)
