DEBORAH J. WHITE
Debby White is a consultant at CarterBaldwin Executive Search, working with it’s its and higher education practice and focusing on university president, cabinet, and officer-level executive searches. Debby previously spent 25 years in higher education as a professor, leader of institutional accreditation and a vice president of academic affairs. Debby has been involved with the Leadership Development Institutes for the Council for Christian Colleges and Universities since 1998 and is a published author on the topic of how strengths and giftedness influence success in leadership roles.
BARBARA J. ROSE
Barbara Rose taught Mathematics at Roberts Wesleyan College from 1970 to 2009 and was Chairperson of the Division of Science and Math for much of that time. She received her B.A. from Roberts and went on to complete graduate degrees from SUNY Geneseo and Rochester Institute of Technology, and a Ph.D. from the University of Rochester. Barbara is a member of the Friends of Hope Africa University Board, serving as secretary and coordinator of visiting faculty. She has regularly taught during the January term at Hope Africa University, serving as thesis advisor for master’s degree students.
