The Quads
The Quads consist of three buildings, O’Brien, Updyke, and Magill. Home to our first-year female students, the quads hold about 144 residents. As a part of our first-year living learning community, programs and events in this area are focused on transitioning to college life at Roberts. These buildings are known for their community feel and naturally provide opportunities for students to connect in their large and small lounge areas.
Davison Hall
Davison Hall is home to female residents ranging from sophomore to senior! It can house approximately 200 students and is well loved for its pod-style suites and air conditioning. Students living in Davison have chosen to live together based on their existing relationships and programs and events are focused on navigating their already formed campus connections. Davison features a large lounge on the first floor that hosts many campus events, including the popular life-size game of Clue!
Miner Hall
Miner Hall is home to our first-year male students and can house approximately 145 residents. Miner is known on campus for its history and tradition as indicated by the “Wall of Legends” in the large lobby area on the first floor that features a flat screen TV and ping-pong table. Residents in Miner Hall live in suite-style communities with approximately 5 residence hall rooms that share a living room and bathroom. Programs and events in this area are focused on transitioning to college life at Roberts.
Alumni Village
The Alumni Village consists of four two story residence halls (Morrow, Sittig, Mohnkern, and Wittingham) that house approximately 20 male students each in their sophomore to senior years. The Alumni Villages are loved for their close-knit communities developed by students who are building on their existing campus relationships. Each building has a spacious lounge area and programs/events are focused on navigating their deepening connections to campus and to each other.
Townhouses
Located on North Campus, our fifteen townhouses are home to primarily senior students. Focusing on life after Roberts, these apartments house either 4 or 6 students and have fully functioning kitchens, and large living rooms. Students living in the townhouses have access to the Daily Lounge which features a TV and plenty of hang out space. Apartment residents are qualified for a reduced meal plan.
Beeson Apartments
Located next to the new Golisano Community Engagement Center the Beeson apartments are made up of three sections. Two of these sections are dedicated to undergraduate students, housing primarily seniors. The two apartment layouts in this area can either house 2 or 4 students and have a full kitchen and living room. Programming and Events in this area focus on life after college. Apartment residents are qualified for a reduced meal plan.
