The Studio Two-Dimensional (2D) & Three-Dimensional (3D) Concentration builds from perceptual studies in the foundations of traditional observational drawing and design toward exploration of contemporary image-making.

As you discover and develop your role as an artist, through a Christian perspective, your voice will begin to emerge. A comprehensive investigation of concept, experimentation with techniques, and media encourages connections within the global context of visual art.

What Will I Learn?

You will learn to communicate on a wide range of topics as a contemporary image-maker by blurring the lines between media. Studio-based students will be immersed in a set of media divergent courses - combined 2D, 3D, and some photo/graphic design/digital media artists - at the advanced levels so you can interact with even more media, concepts, and dialogue. This collaboration provides a rich diversity within the studio context and provides you with a uniquely responsive program of study.
