Memberships and Accreditations

Roberts Wesleyan College is accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education, and is a member of the Association of Colleges and Universities of the State of New York, Rochester Area Colleges, Rochester Regional Library Council, the Association of Free Methodist Educational Institutions, the Council of Independent Colleges, and the Council for Christian Colleges and Universities. The Art Studio B.A./B.S. majors are accredited by the National Association of Schools of Art and Design. The Undergraduate Business Programs, the Organizational Management Program, the Master of Science in Health Administration Program, the Master of Science in Strategic Leadership Program, and the Master of Science in Strategic Marketing Program are accredited by the International Assembly for Collegiate Business Education. The Department of Music and Performing Arts is an accredited institutional member of the National Association of Schools of Music. The Department of Nursing is accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE). The Doctor of Psychology program in Clinical/School Psychology is accredited, on contingency by the American Psychological Association (APA)The Master of Science program in School Psychology is accredited by the National Association of School Psychologists (NASP).  The Department of Social Work is an accredited institutional member of the Council on Social Work Education. The Department of Teacher Education is accredited by the Council for Accreditation of Educator Preparation (CAEP) and a member of the Association for Advancing Quality in Educator Preparation (AAQEP).
