Sports Management & Marketing Minor

18 hours as follows:

  • SMM 101-Introduction to Sports Management & Marketing
  • SMM 201-Principles of Sports Marketing
  • SMM 202-Principles of Sports Management
  • SMM 250-Emerging Issues in Sports Management & Marketing
  • Additionally, any two of the following courses must be completed
    • MKT 340-Advertising & Branding
    • MKT 345-Consumer Behavior
    • MGT 390-Project Management
    • MGT 402-Managerial Toolbox
    • SMM 325-Internship Prep & SMM 450-Internship Experience*

*Students who elect to take an Internship (SMM450) MUST ALSO take SMM 325 Internship Prep.  The combination is the equivalent of one 3-credit course.
