Early Acceptance Program

Roberts Wesleyan College offers an Early Acceptance Program (EAP) through an affiliation agreement with Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (LECOM) in Lake Erie, PA.  The EAP covers the Pharm.D. (Doctor of Pharmacy), D.O. (Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine) and D.M.D (Doctor of Dental Medicine) degree programs through LECOM.

This affiliation between Roberts Wesleyan College and LECOM allows qualified students to be given a provisional letter of acceptance; i.e. a reserved seat, to one of LECOM's professional schools upon completion of a successful interview.  Applicants must be U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents.  Application to the EAP can occur as early as the senior year in high school and up until the start of the third year at RWC, depending upon the Program and Track desired.  Affiliates must be officially enrolled at Roberts Wesleyan College for at least two consecutive years prior to matriculating at LECOM.  For more information, contact the Department office at 585.594.6310.

This general summary is intended as an overview of the programs offered through the Early Acceptance Program (EAP) affiliation agreement between Roberts Wesleyan College and Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine.  Interested students must meet with Dr. Jason Taylor, the Roberts Wesleyan College EAP representative, and the Pre-professional Health Advisory Committee to ensure that proper enrollment and academic requirements are met.
