Minor
Minor in Art
The minor in art (including photography, digital media art, and graphic design) consists of at least 18 semester hours.
Students are required to take two (2) of the three (3) Foundations courses (ARTS 1020, 1040, and 1050). The balance of the art minor may be filled with studio electives or art history courses (12 credits).
Students choosing a minor in art should check prerequisites for advanced courses and work with the instructors to establish a sequential course of study.
NOTE: The two (2) Foundation courses should be successfully completed before enrolling in other studio courses.
