Graduate and Non-Traditional Programs

The Department of Teacher Education offers several Master of Education degrees designed to prepare classroom teachers and develop professional expertise. These programs include the following:

1. Initial Early Childhood Education/Students with Disabilities (Pre K-2)
2. Initial Childhood Education/Students with Disabilities (1-6)
3. Initial Adolescence Education/Students with Disabilities (7-12 Generalist)
4. Literacy (Professional Certification)
5. Special Education (Initial and Professional Certification)
