Accepting Offer of Admission/Deposits
Enrollment Deposit: A $150 enrollment deposit is the student’s declaration of an intention to enroll. This payment should be submitted to the Cashier's Office or through the online deposit portal. The deposit guarantees a place in the entering class and signals that the student is ready to be registered for classes. This payment is credited to the student’s account and is applied toward the initial tuition payment. The enrollment deposit should be submitted on or before May 1 (non-refundable after May 1).
Housing Deposit: Students under the age of 23 must live on campus in a residence hall and will need to submit a $100 housing deposit and complete the housing preference form. Deposits and housing requests received after May 1 will be accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis. The housing deposit must be submitted online. Commuters are not required to submit a housing deposit.
Health & Insurance Forms: All new students are required to submit the Health History Form and the Verification of Medical Insurance Form before the start of classes. Forms should be submitted to the Roberts Wesleyan College Health Center. Health forms are available online.
